It seems to me... that every author of virtually every article I find lacks the insight into every
private medical practice physician's life to understand what the core problem is and how it is destroying medical practices nationwide. I'll go so far as to say that over 90% of the advice given is either common sense, already understood by physicians, or the advice comes from those with absolutely no business education at all.

I always look for the words in those articles that reveals the truth about the financial failure of medical practices... but rarely do I find them. Of the innumerable articles I've read over the years in Medical Economics, Physicians Practice, Medscape, Modern Physician, among others, I can't say honestly that I've read one article where the author has written about the important necessity for medical doctors to have a business education. Do I assume from that most authors on these business topics are business ignorant also?

It's an insult to all physicians in private medical practice today, because no one, during their medical education, ever mentioned to them the benefits that a business education can offer to their lifelong careers in private medical practice.

Further, because those published medical practice instructive articles actually potentiate the greatest lie in medical education, "Physicians do not need a business education to practice medicine," a complete fabrication that medical education scholars continue to maintain as the ultimate medical school tradition, that has been frozen in place for over a century, the ideology remains unchanged and never upgraded.

Scholars left out a few words in the quote. The wording they left out at the end of the lie were, "...if
you don't mind failing financially in your medical practice business, living a lifestyle at the lowest level of the middle class, can't fund your retirement plan, can't afford to send your kids to college, never being able to financially reach your maximal potential as a physician practicing medicine, among others." I suspect that this was purposely left out of the quote so that every medical school in the USA would not be confronted with a continuous and ongoing number of applicate communications asking questions as to why.

It is astounding to see and read how often these authors miss the mark, go off on an unnecessary tangent of medical practice business that doesn't help any physician financially, and are deficient in directions about how to use the advice they give to medical doctors.

Actually, it seems like a universal conspiracy to avoid telling the truth about the fact that a business education is necessary for any physician to reach their maximum profitability, productivity, and value to their own patients. When medical schools refuse to provide or offer a business education to medical students, as it has been and continues to be currently the situation, all physicians will continue to be seriously handicapped in their medical practice business management for the duration of their medical careers.

The more important aspect of these issues is that when a physician's medical practice income is reduced to poverty levels for any number of reasons, it obliterates any ability of the physician to afford efforts to do anything about it. It will eventually take any physician to the point of losing their medical practice, unless a miracle happens.

Do you have any idea how many thousands of physicians have lost their medical practices for financial reasons (lack of a business education) over the last century? And why do medical schools refuse to provide such a critical element of private medical practice and refuse to educate all medical students at least about the benefits provided to physicians in their medical careers.

It is a tragedy in the medical profession and a disservice to all medical patients
in our nation.

I've met a few medical doctors who have found the truth on their own and are multimillionaires, not because of how great they are practicing medicine, but because they discover that medical practice is a business, and they run their practice as a legitimate business should be run. How hard is
that to understand?

If private medical practice survives the predators seeking to control healthcare, there will be an increased requirement of all those physicians to have a business education to survive. After the eventual crash of our economy in the near future, employed doctors will have no jobs anymore or their salaries will be in the poverty range if they continue to be employed.
